Right of withdrawal
This page is for consumers in the European Union who buy a subscription for a website, or credits for the cloud with our own assistant. It explains the right of withdrawal, and how it is different from cancelling.
Who sells the subscription
You buy every subscription from Polar, which sells it as merchant of record under its terms for buyers. Polar takes the payment and returns the money; we run the website, and your withdrawal is exercised with us, in the application or by email.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of starting it, without giving any reason. The 14 days count from the day the subscription starts; an automatic renewal does not open a new period.
The subscription starts at once. When you start it, you ask us to put the website online with its subscription right away, during the 14 days, and you accept that if you withdraw you pay for the days it was online with it. You say so with a checkbox in the application, before the checkout opens. Without it, nothing starts.
How to withdraw. In the application, open the website, choose "Online", and under "Subscription" press "Withdraw from contract here", then "Confirm withdrawal". The button is there for the 14 days. We confirm your withdrawal by email at once. If you cannot open the application, write to hello@tsurito.com from the email address of your account, naming the website; the form below is enough, and any clear statement is too.
What you get back. We make the refund through Polar within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the card you paid with: what you paid, less the part for the days the website was online with its subscription, in proportion to the month. The subscription ends with the month already paid, so nothing more is charged, and the website goes back to being free, on our address with the badge, or goes offline, safe on your computer, if your account already has its 3 free websites online. Everything you made stays on your computer.
Credits for the cloud with our own assistant, when it opens, are a digital service used at once: they start when you ask for them, and once used they are not returned. This will be said again where they are bought.
Model withdrawal form
You can use this form, and you do not have to. Send it to hello@tsurito.com.
To AVALSYS, Av. Ernest Lluch 32, TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme TCM 3, 08302 Mataró, Spain, hello@tsurito.com:

Email address of the account: ________

Cancelling is different
You can cancel the subscription of a website at any time, in the application, without any reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- The website keeps everything until the end of the month already paid.
- That month is not refunded.
- Page views beyond those included in that month are charged on the day the subscription ends.
- You can reactivate the subscription before that day, and nothing more is charged until the renewal.
You can also manage your card and your invoices in Polar's customer portal, which the application opens with Manage subscription. Cancelling there ends your whole subscription, every website with it, at the end of the month already paid; to cancel one website, use Online.
See our Terms of service for what happens when a paid month ends.
