Who you agree with

You agree with [To be filled in: the company's legal name], [To be filled in: the company's registered address]. When you pay for a website, you buy the subscription from Polar, which sells it as merchant of record under its own terms.

The service

The application makes and changes websites on your computer with Claude Code or ChatGPT (Codex), under your own subscription with Anthropic or OpenAI. The service publishes your websites, keeps their versions, serves them on the internet and shows free websites in the gallery.

You need an account to publish, with an email address you have confirmed.

The connector in Claude and ChatGPT and the cloud with our own assistant are in early access: only accounts we have invited can use them. An invitation belongs to the email address it was given to and cannot be passed on, and we may end it, telling you.

Free and paid websites

You can make as many websites as you like on your computer and publish three of them free, on our address, with a small badge, in the gallery, with 5,000 page views a month. A free website can be published up to 20 times a day.

A website with its own domain has its own monthly subscription, at the price shown in the application before you start it. It renews each month until you cancel it; cancelling keeps everything until the end of the month already paid, and that month is not refunded. Page views beyond those included are charged monthly as the application says before they happen, or the website stops at its limit if you prefer.

Your websites are yours

What you publish stays yours. You allow us to store it, copy it where serving it needs, show it at its addresses and, for a free website, in the gallery, for as long as it is published.

You are responsible for what you publish and must have the right to publish it. What may be published, and what may not, is on the page What may be published, which is part of these terms.

Reports and taking a website down

Anyone can report a website from the flag on it. A person reads every report. A website with three open reports rests until we have read them. If a website breaks the law or our rules, we take it off the internet and write to you with the reason and how to answer; nothing is deleted. You can reply to that email, and a person will look again; you can also go to the courts or to an out-of-court dispute settlement body.

Your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time, at [To be filled in: the address for questions, requests and authorities]; we delete it once no website of it has an active subscription left. We may close an account that repeatedly publishes what the rules forbid, after telling you why.

While we look into something serious about an account, we may suspend it until a date we tell you. Its websites go off the internet and nothing can be published, connected or sent from it; you can still sign in, see your account, download a copy of it and ask for its deletion, and your subscriptions stay as they are. We write to you with what we are looking at and by when, and when the suspension is lifted, everything it took comes back.

When we close an account, its websites go off the internet with no end date, nothing more can be published, connected or sent from it, the subscription of each of its websites is cancelled at the end of the period already paid, and any early access is withdrawn. We write to you with the facts, the rule broken and how to answer; you can still download a copy of your account and ask for its deletion. A person decides every suspension and every closing, and you can reply to us, go to an out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to the courts.

What we promise, and what we do not
