What may be published

Never published

What is a crime almost anywhere is never published, on any website:

• sexual content involving minors;
• inciting or glorifying terrorism or violence against people;
• selling or offering illegal drugs, illegal weapons, stolen goods or forged documents;
• fraud, phishing, or pretending to be a real company, bank or authority to take people’s money or details;
• malicious software;
• harassing or threatening a real person;
• human trafficking;
• anything else that breaks the law where it is published or where it is read.

Only with a domain of its own, and out of the gallery

What is legal but not for everyone may be published only on a website with its own domain and its own subscription, and it never appears in the gallery: sexual or erotic content for adults, nudity, graphic violence, weapons sold or promoted, gambling, drugs where they are legal, tobacco or vaping sold, a website mainly about a contested political or religious cause, or anything whose main purpose is to shock.

Not welcome anywhere

Websites made only to fool search engines, copies of other people’s work or brands without permission, and anything that sends mail or messages people did not ask for.

How it is applied

Before every publish you say who the website is for, and your own assistant gives a second opinion from the same rules. When it disagrees, it tells you, and your answer counts; only when it finds something that is never published does the publish stop.

After publishing, anyone can report a website. A person reads every report, decides, and writes to you with the reason when a website is taken down, with how to answer.
